Images of Light

The breeze feels cool on your skin as blankets are spread, and coolers are packed with melon, potato salad, and fresh food for the grill.

Beverages dripping with ice cold water are pulled from frosty coolers while drinks are poured in the beer garden. Rides, games, dunk tanks, and booths echo fun as laughter is heard through the surrounding trees and kids run and play. And suddenly…

Flash! Bang!

The starry night sky erupts into color over the lakes and forests, glimmering with hues of red, blue, yellow, and orange.

“Oohs” and “ahs” are audible from the crowd as rockets fly and whistle, sizzle and pop, creating a vivid atmosphere of brilliant light against the skyline.

One of the biggest events of the year is happening -

Fourth of July Fireworks!

We at Preserve at Cantera want to bring you the most beautiful fireworks displays near Warrenville, Illinois, to ensure you have an explosive time this Fourth of July.

We have provided several links below, so pull out that big blanket and claim your spot for the best fireworks displays this area has to offer:

  1.  Village of Lisle Fireworks at Community Park

Just down the road, we have Lisle’s Fourth of July fireworks display! The Village of Lisle is pleased to announce that a fireworks display will take place at Community Park over the Fourth of July weekend. Bring the whole family to see a spectacular aerial show in celebration of Independence Day. Visit the Village’s website and social media pages for more details closer to the event.

  1. Dupage County Fairgrounds in Wheaton

Graf Park (1855 Manchester Rd) in Wheaton will have their annual celebration and fireworks on July 3rd. Here you will find lawn games, concessions, a DJ playing live music, and giveaways. The local scout troop will have a flag ceremony beforehand, so find a good spot early! Alcohol and personal fireworks are not allowed.

  1. Glen Ellyn at Lake Ellyn Park

Ellyn Avenue will have their fireworks show and begin with a parade earlier in the day. It will head west on Crescent Boulevard, north on Main Street and east on Linden down to Lake Ellyn. The city is still fleshing out details, and fireworks should be happening that evening at Lake Ellyn Park. Check the link for more information closer to the event.
